Lake Champlain marina partnerships · 2027

One accountable boat-care team behind a stronger owner handoff.

Champlain Boat Care is preparing a full-season operation for spring detailing, scheduled care, turnover, and owner-ready arrival preparation—delivered by a locally recruited, uniformed, and trained crew.

The program can be presented as a preferred provider, a co-branded owner benefit, or a marina-branded white-label service.

Program scope

Built to extend the marina's service standard.

The marina controls access, operating rules, and how the offer reaches owners. We provide the people, equipment, products, scheduling discipline, checklists, supervision, and completion reporting.

Before enrollment opens, the complete service scope and the responsibility for every part of the handoff are documented in writing.

Three commercial structures

Choose how closely the program sits inside your brand.

Each structure can be tailored to the marina's owner relationship, administrative capacity, commercial goals, and preferred level of control.

01Lowest marina administration

Preferred provider

The marina approves access and introduces the program. Participating owners contract and pay Champlain Boat Care directly.

  • Marina retains control over access and operating rules
  • Owner scheduling and billing managed by our team
  • Optional referral benefit or preferred owner pricing
02Shared owner experience

Co-branded program

The service is presented jointly, with an agreed menu, coordinated communications, and a defined commercial structure.

  • Jointly approved service menu and owner messaging
  • Coordinated launch calendar and capacity limits
  • Referral fee or revenue share can be negotiated
03Marina-branded delivery

White-label service

Champlain Boat Care performs the work as the operating team behind a service offered through the marina.

  • Marina controls the customer-facing service offer
  • Our trained crew executes to documented standards
  • Marina may bundle, resell, or retain a program margin

Clear operating responsibilities

Professional service depends on knowing who owns each part of the handoff.

Access, communication, service standards, reporting, and issue escalation are agreed before the first owner enrolls.

Visible and accountable

A crew marina teams and owners can identify immediately.

Every team member will work in a consistent branded uniform with clean, non-marking boat shoes reserved for onboard service. The uniform standard supports access control, owner confidence, and clear accountability on the dock.
