Privacy & contact
This notice explains what information Champlain Boat Care collects through this website and how it is used. Effective August 11, 2026.
The owner and marina inquiry forms may collect your name, email, phone number, marina, boat details, service interests, scheduling preferences, partnership interests, and anything you include in a message.
We use inquiry information to respond to you, evaluate service fit, plan responsible 2027 capacity, prepare marina-partnership conversations, and coordinate future service when access and availability are confirmed. We do not sell personal information.
Form submissions are stored in the website's lead database and synchronized to Airtable, which we use to review and manage inquiries. Website hosting, database, email, and workflow providers may process information only as needed to provide those services.
Owner and marina inquiries remain separate. If an owner checks the optional permission box, we may tell the named marina that the owner is interested in a 2027 program. We do not automatically disclose the owner's complete form submission to a marina.
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up, launch planning, service coordination, and legitimate business or legal recordkeeping. You may ask to review, correct, or delete the information you submitted by contacting Matthew Harmon.
This website and its services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request their personal information.
Email mgharmon802@gmail.com or call (802) 382-7579 with a privacy question or request. We may update this notice as the 2027 operation, service providers, or legal requirements develop.
